I’ve been trying to download a new set of puzzles but it just keeps buffering, been doing these puzzles for years and never had a problem before.

To download a new set of puzzles for Everyday Jigsaw, try restarting the program and attempting the download again. If it continues to buffer, check your internet connection and make sure it is stable. If the problem persists, try contacting the Everyday Jigsaw support team for assistance.
It is possible that there are no new puzzles coming up due to various reasons such as lack of updates from the developers or an issue with the program.
The picture has frozen on one jigsaw, therefore cannot use the app.

This is just a bug in the application or an application error. It can be fixed by simply restarting the software and then continue from where you left off. If the software or the jigsaw is corrupted, avoid using it again and choose another image/level.
